These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

At Seenly Jewelry, every piece is individually handcrafted by our artisan. We take immense pride in working exclusively with authentic, genuine freshwater cultivated pearls, baroque pearls, and hypoallergenic precious metals (certified S925 sterling silver, thick 14K/18K gold vermeil, and 5A fine-cut pavé zirconia).

We strive to display colors, luster, and proportions as accurately as possible. However, because each monitor calibration differs and every natural pearl is singularly unique, minor variances in tone and shape between photographs and the delivered piece are normal and celebrated.

All prices on Seenly Jewelry are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly converted by your regional currency selector.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice in accordance with raw pearl harvests and precious metal spot market fluctuations. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

Payments are securely processed through encrypted SSL protocols. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

We create our jewelry in small, deliberate batches. Every piece takes abundant time and patience to come to life. Scarcity is inherent to true handmade craft.

For bespoke pieces ordered through our Custom Keepsake Studio:

• Custom pieces undergo an individual crafting cycle of 3 to 7 business days prior to dispatch.
• Our studio provides photo previews of the finished keepsake before final packaging.
• Once a custom design, engraving, or bespoke pearl layout has been approved and completed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or altered.

We provide Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders over $69.00 USD. A flat standard delivery fee of $8.99 applies to orders under $69.

All shipments include door-to-door courier tracking. Delivery timeframes typically range between 7 to 12 business days for standard international courier (USA/Canada: 7–10 days; UK/Europe/Australia: 8–12 days). Expedited DHL / FedEx express is available at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ensure all shipments are safely packaged in protective jewelry presentation boxes.

We stand behind our artisan craftsmanship. We provide a 7-day inspection window from the verified date of delivery receipt.

• To be eligible for an exchange or return, your piece must be in its original unworn condition, accompanied by all presentation boxes, certificates, and velvet pouches.
• If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival, please contact our concierge at info@seenlyjewelry.com within 7 days with clear photographs for an immediate replacement or resolution.
• Due to their personalized nature, bespoke custom jewelry engraved or made to individual buyer specifications is non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

We provide a 30-day artisan craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects, loose prongs, or clasp failures under normal intended wear.

Natural pearls are organic gems that require thoughtful wear and gentle preservation. Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by exposing pearls to harsh chemicals, perfumes, chlorine pools, hot tubs, or abrasive cleaners.
• Physical trauma, accidents, crushing, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.
• Normal long-term wear and tear on silk stringing or natural metal patina.

All content published on this website, including but not limited to the brand name “Seenly Jewelry”, the slogan “Be seen. Be you.”, product photography, jewelry designs, text narratives, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Seenly Jewelry and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service, designs, or images without express written permission from Seenly Jewelry.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing international e-commerce commercial transactions.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of any remaining provisions.
