Tracking numbers are created once your piece completes quality inspection and packaging. Initial carrier scans typically appear within 24 to 48 hours after the postal sorting hub receives the parcel.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? ↓
Yes. If your package has not yet been collected by the courier, we are happy to adjust your shipping address. Please email info@seenlyjewelry.com with your order number and updated address within 12 hours of ordering.
What if my package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it? ↓
Couriers occasionally scan deliveries slightly ahead of time. Please check your porch, front desk, mail locker, or with household members. If it does not appear within 24 hours, contact us right away and we will immediately initiate an investigation or dispatch a priority replacement.
