Method A: Measure an Existing Ring
If you already own a ring that fits your intended finger comfortably, measure its inside diameter:
- • Place your ring on a flat surface and use a ruler with millimeter (mm) markings.
- • Measure straight across the inside diameter from inner edge to inner edge (do not include the outer rim).
- • Match your inside millimeter measurement to the conversion chart below.
Method B: Measure Your Finger
If you don't have a ring for comparison, measure your finger's circumference with a strip of paper:
- • Cut a strip of paper or non-stretchy string roughly 10 cm long and 1 cm wide.
- • Wrap it snugly around the base of the specific finger you wish to wear the ring on.
- • Mark where the ends overlap with a pen, lay the paper flat, and measure the distance in millimeters (mm) to find your Circumference.

Fingers tend to be slightly smaller in the cold morning and expand in warmer temperatures later in the day. Measure when your hands are comfortable and warm.
If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure both areas and choose a size halfway between them so the ring slides over smoothly.
Wide bands (over 4mm) create more friction against your skin. For wider rings or stacked sets, we recommend sizing up a half size for maximum comfort.
